Having agreed solution he returned her desk top the following day. All data was recovered, upgraded to SSD drive and everything set-up including emails as if the problem never occurred and at a very competitive price. Luke is not only highly competent, he’s also very customer-focused, communicates technical matters in an easy to understand way along with great interpersonal skills. Three years after having our old computer repaired by Luke it began to slow down again. We called Luke for advice and he said it was now old but he could repair it and it may last a few more years however Windows 10 has been replaced by Windows 11 so we decided to change it. We knew Luke built computers and after looking at main brand replacements and asking him (and our sons) thoughts we decided to go for Luke's custom made option. This was done in a few days, the difference in the new computer is incredible, fast and efficient. his service included complete set up, all data transferred and a warranty plus support if needed and all at a very reasonable price .  The old one was wiped clean, ready to be recycled. Luke clearly explains everything and ensures you understand. We cannot thank or praise Luke enough.
