Using our PC Remote Repair service is easy.
Just choose the amount of Remote Support time you wish to purchase below,
available in 30 minute units (ie if you want to buy 90 minutes service, add 30
minute selection to basket and change the quantity to 3 to give 3x30 mins = 90
minutes). Should you need extra time during the Remote PC Support session we
can direct you back here if you wish for you to make a further payment and
continue the session. Any unused credits will remain on your account for
future sessions.
Then make the secure payment using your
credit/debit card via Paypal. This will deduct the payment in your own
currency. You will then receive an email with instructions
and a link to download the software. You can then contact us to arrange a
convenient time for your Remote PC Repair session to be conducted over a
secure connection by a
qualified PC technician.
